04 November 2013 – Officials of the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, led by Philippine Ambassador to Thailand Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Nontigorn Kanchanachitra (left), Secretary General of the Office of the Civil Service Commission of Thailand (OCSC), on October 31. During the call, Ambassador Batoon-Garcia discussed with the latter possible areas of cooperation on education between the Philippines and Thailand.
