01 March 2017 HONG KONG — To promote the Philippines as study destination for international students, the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong SAR joined by representatives from Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU), De La Salle University (DLSU), and University of the Philippines (UP), participated in the recently concluded Hong Kong Education and Careers Expo 2017 from February 23 to 26 organized by the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council (HKTDC) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

More than 860 organizations from 22 countries and regions, including educational institutions, consulting firms, government departments gathered during the four-day expo.

Philippine universities actively promoted their various academic programs and held seminars on pre-requisites of admission; documentary requirements, timeline for applications, subjects to study and other concerns in studying in the Philippines. END
