01 March 2017 RIYADH – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its third consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Moon Hotel in Dammam from February 24 to 25.   

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Acas M. Bayanao, Jr.  The Filipino community volunteers in Dammam assisted them.

The Team processed 593 ePassport applications, 93 Extension of Passport Validity, 40 Report of Birth, five Travel Documents, 515 Notarial Services, four Authentication, and one RA 9248. The consular team released 2,151 new ePassports. 

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the team conducted a client feedback survey to 320 clients, of which 214 or 67.5% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be in Ramada Hotel, Hafr Al Batin on March 17 to 18. END
