01 March 2017 HONOLULU — The Philippine delegation to the Comprehensive Crisis Management Course CCM 17-1 at the Daniel K. Inouye-Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS) visited the Philippine Consulate General on February 27.

The CCM 17-1 course runs from February 09 to March 15. CCM aims to help the participants understand crises and crisis management, with focus on the strategic impact of decisions and actions before, during and after crises
