02 March 2017 SINGAPORE — Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales led officials of the Philippine Embassy Singapore during the premiere of the movie, “Isang Araw: Ikatlong Yugto,” at the Capitol Theatre at Stamford Road, Singapore on February 26.

The movie, written and directed by Mr. Daniel Razon, who also plays the main character, is a story about a hardworking jeepney driver and how he continues to inspire the people in his community to do good despite all the odds.

The movie features cameo appearances by PNP Chief General Ronald De La Rosa and a number of veteran actors from the Philippine showbiz industry. In a brief interview, Ambassador Morales congratulated Mr. Razon and UNTV, which sponsored the premiere, for bringing the movie to Filipinos not just in Singapore but also from other parts of the region. He noted that the message of the movie is timely and relevant in current times. END
