08 March 2017 ABU DHABI — Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, spouse of the Philippine Ambassador to the UAE and Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle in Abu Dhabi (3rd from left), thanked the Samahan ng mga OFW sa United Arab Emirates (SOUAE) for donating two heavy-duty sewing machines for OWWA Wards Training and four portable sewing machines to distressed OFWs at the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
The donations were turned over through Madame Vingno recently at the Embassy by SOUAE officers and members led by Ms. Jennifer Paredes, Chairperson of the Board, and Mr. Frederick Sendico, Founder of SOUAE. END
