24 March 2017 HONOLULU —  Five Philippine Armed Forces officers were among the 117 graduates from thirty-five countries in the Asia-Pacific of the three-month long Comprehensive Crisis Management Course conducted by the Daniel K. Inouye Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS) in Honolulu.

Maj Shyrell May G. Martin PAF, Capt. Dennis Rommel G. Quines PN, Col. Rajah Sagat M. Bongolan PA, Col. Luis Rex D. Bergante PA, and Maj. Aristotle F. Antonio PA graduated from the course on March 15.

Held each year, the Comprehensive Crisis Management Course focuses on a comprehensive approach to crisis management by honing the participants’ skills on disaster preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery in crises, and disasters. END
