Philippine Ladies Circle Abu Dhabi Holds Photo Exhibit in Philippine Schools

The Photo Exhibit featuring nine Abu Dhabi-based Filipinas in celebration of International Women’s Day is displayed at The Philippine Global School (TPGS).

04 April 2017 ABU DHABI — The Philippine Ladies Circle Abu Dhabi chaired by Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, in cooperation with the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi, held a Photo Exhibit in Philippine schools in Abu Dhabi in celebration of International Women’s Day with the theme “Be Bold For Change” for the month of March 2017.

The photos were exhibited at The Philippine Global School (TPGS) from March 9 to 15; at The Philippine School (TPS) Abu Dhabi from March 16 to 20; and at the Philippine Emirates Private School (PEPS) from March 21 to 23.

Nine (9) Abu Dhabi-based Filipinas were featured in the exhibit, each of them with inspiring stories to tell of the journeys that shaped them into the woman that they are today. They are Dina Bonus (Banker/Businesswoman), Sharon Mendoza Dreisbach (Academician – Assistant Professor), Gay Marie De Leon Jumuad (Nurse / Administration Manager), Felina Laspuna (Master Cutter), Rosario Yahon Millanes (Sales Staff), Emilie Barredo Pangilinan (Advertising Professional / Operations Manager), Iman Saflor (Banker), and Isabel Sy-Nillas (Social Worker). 

The photo exhibit was first launched on 08 March 2017 at the Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi in partnership with NMC Specialty Hospital Abu Dhabi. END
