3 May 2017 ABU DHABI —Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno welcomed an Embassy client with her infant child at the breastfeeding station dedicated for mothers needing to feed their babies while waiting for their applications to be processed at the Passport or Consular Section of the Embassy.
