ASEAN Embassies Organize Barbecue Night

03 May 2017 MUSCAT — The ASEAN Committee in Muscat (ACM), composed of the diplomatic missions of ASEAN member countries, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand organized a barbecue night for its Foreign Service personnel and their families. It was held at the Official Residence of the Indonesian Ambassador on April 27.

The event was launched with the lighting of the charcoal grill ceremony followed by salo-salo and videoke singing. The ACM has organized similar socio-cultural activities annually since its inception in 2012 to promote friendship and camaraderie among the members of the ASEAN community in Oman.
