PHL Embassy Conducts Consular Outreach in Zug

18 May 2017 ZUG, SWITZERLAND — The Philippine Embassy conducted its first consular outreach for the year at St. Johannes Parish in Herti, Zug on May 12.
The Embassy also conducted registration for overseas voting, a briefing for applicants for Philippine citizenship retention and/or reacquisition concerning their rights and entitlements, and answered questions on property ownership, inheritance, taxation, business opportunities and investing in the Philippines, as well as issues relating to name change, marriage and divorce, and privileges accorded dual citizens and foreign nationals married to Filipino nationals, among others, and a briefing on the services provided by the Philippine Labor Office (POLO) was also conducted by Labor Attaché Delmer Cruz.
The Embassy also took the opportunity to inform the consular clients of the current developments in the Philippines.
