PHL Embassy in Abu Dhabi Holds Seminar on Protocol, Social Graces and Etiquette
24 May 2017 ABU DHABI — The Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi, in cooperation with the Philippine Ladies Circle - Abu Dhabi held a Seminar for Embassy personnel on Protocol, Social Graces and Etiquette on May 19 at the Embassy function hall. Philippine Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno Jr. (2nd from left) said the seminar was organized as part of the Embassy’s programs for Professional Development of its personnel. Third Secretary and Vice Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil (center) delivered the lecture based on the Handbook on Protocol, Social Graces and Etiquette. The seminar was attended by officers and staff of the Embassy, officers of POLO, OWWA, SSS and Pag-IBIG.
