Ottawa Police Conducts Security Briefing to Phl Embassy Staff

05 June 2017 OTTAWA — Constable Sebastien Lemay of the Ottawa Police Service joins the staff of the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa led by Chargé d'affaires,a.i. Francisco Noel R. Fernandez III after the briefing Constable Lemay gave on the security situation in Canada's capital on May 31. The security briefing is part of the Personnel Continuing Education Program (PCEP) of the Embassy intended to equip staff with important information to better serve the Filipino community in Canada. Mr. Fernandez presented a certificate of appreciation to Constable Lemay for sharing his time and expertise in conducting the security briefing.
