PHL Consulate General in Milan Briefs NDCP on Consulate’s Activities
Consul General Marichu Mauro welcomes NDCP Officials and MNSA Scholars.
29 June 2017 MILAN — Officials from the National Defense College (NDCP) and 23 scholars completing their one-year Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) paid a courtesy call at the Philippine Consulate General last June 21. The delegation was headed by retired BGen. Rolando G. Jungco, NDCP Executive Vice Prtesident.
During the call Consul General Mauro and Consulate General officials conducted a briefing on the activities and projects of the Consulate General in enhancing Philippines-Italy bilateral relations. The said briefing was followed by an open forum on the various functions and activities of the Consulate.
The visit of the delegation is under the Foreign Academic Travel Program of the NDCP which is a component of its Global Security and Development Study (GSDS).
The NDCP is the Philippine government’s highest center for education, training and research on defense and national security. It is a civilian, academic bureau of the Department of National Defense.
