PHL Consulate General in Dubai, KOR Dubai Commemorate Rizal’s 156^th Birth Anniversary

12 July 2017 DUBAI U.A.E. — Philippine Consul General to Dubai Paul Raymund P. Cortes and the Knights of Rizal Emarat Dubai Chapter commemorated the 156^th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal held at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Dubai. KCR Louie James T. Bendanillo, Dubai Chapter Commander, and 70 members of Dubai’s KOR Chapter participated in the four-hour program. Consul General Cortes challenged the KOR to cultivate a greater awareness of Rizal, his works, philosophies, and legacy to the Filipino youth and keep the Rizalian tradition alive among Overseas Filipino children.
