PHL Ambassador Leads 1^st Anniversary Celebration of the PGBI – Maharlika Incorporated Abu Dhabi Chapter

Vingno, Jr. to the United Arab Emirates, delivered his message at the 1^st Founding Anniversary Celebration of the Philippine Guardians Brotherhood International – Maharlika Incorporated (PGBI-MI) Abu Dhabi Chapter UAE on July 21 at the Grand Continental Flamingo Hotel, Abu Dhabi.
