PHL AMBASSADOR RECEIVES PLAQUE OF APPRECIATION FROM PHILIPPINE PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION (PPO) – UAE
08 August 2017 ABU DHABI — Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. receives a Plaque of Appreciation from Ms. Divine Digap, Chairperson of the PPO-UAE at the Appreciation Night of the Philippine Professional Organization (PPO) – UAE on July 27 at the Le Royale Meridien Hotel, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. They are joined on stage by Engr. Melchor Peralta, Vice Chairman, and Engr. Epifanio Raquinio Jr., Immediate Past Chairman of PPO-UAE. Plaques of Appreciation were also awarded to Embassy and POLO-OWWA officials, former Chairpersons of the PPO-UAE (formerly, Filipino Professional Group), and outgoing Vice Chair Engr. Melchor Peralta.
On behalf of the PPO-UAE, Chairperson Divine Digap handed over a cash donation to Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno for distressed OFWs sheltered at the Philippine Embassy during the Appreciation Night of the PPO-UAE held on July 27 at the Le Royale Meridien Hotel, Abu Dhabi. In attendance were Third Secretaries and Vice Consuls Rowena Pangilinan Daquipil and Anna Marie Mae Guerra, Labor Attaché Ophelia Almenario, Assistant Labor Attaché Jay Jasper Javines, Welfare Officer Ron Lionel Bartolome, Cultural Officer Delza Bayabao, former PPO-UAE Chairpersons, namely, Engr. Epifanio Raquinio Jr., Engr. Jethroefel Ramboyong, and Engr. Antonio Morales, and PPO-UAE officers for 2017.
