PHL Embassy in France Conducts #Ogopmarawi Drive for Troop Warriors in Marawi

Words of support and encouragement for kababayans in Marawi City.

08 August 2017 PARIS — The Philippine Embassy in Paris received over 60 messages from various associations in France and numerous Filipinos showing their support and encouragement for the troops in Marawi City.

Although some of them feared for the safety of residents in the area, majority of them encouraged the people of Marawi to pray for peace while the soldiers continue to combat the militants.

All postcards and letters were sent by the Philippine Embassy to the Department of Foreign Affairs for onward transmittal to the Philippine Army.
