Team Building Activity of the Philippine Embassy in Athens

17 August 2017 - The Philippine Embassy in Athens held a Team Building Activity in Vouliagmeni, Greece on August 12 to 13.
The Team Building Activity was initiated by Minister and Consul General Rosario P. Lemque, Chargé d’Affaires, a.i., of the Philippine Embassy, and who started the activity with lectures on 1) The Art and Science of Communication/Active Listening; and 2) Dialogue Process. The lectures were conducted to highlight the importance of these subjects for the effective operations of an office like the Philippine Embassy.
After the lecture portion of the Team Building Activity, the twenty-one (21) participants, composed of officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy in Athens and the Philippine Overseas Labor office (POLO) in Greece, were divided into three (3) groups or teams, namely: the White Team, the Blue Team, and the Grey Team. The 3 groups participated in exercises and games conducted to promote the importance of teamwork, communication, camaraderie and good relations between the officers and staff members of the Philippine Embassy and POLO Greece.
