PHL Embassy in Tokyo Holds 5th Consular Outreach in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture
22 August 2017 TOKYO — The Philippine Embassy in Tokyo, Japan in cooperation with the Filipino Friendship Isesaki, Filipino Community Volunteers in Gunma, successfully conducted its fifth annual consular outreach mission at the Kasuri no Sato in Isesaki City on 29 July 2017. Gunma is located 138 kilometers from the Embassy and home to more than 7,000 Filipinos.
A total of 125 ePassport applications and 34 notarial and civil registration services were processed. Consultation services on various consular matters were provided by the team. Also, a total of 100 applications for Overseas Absentee Voting registration were received.
