UP Alumni-Guam Celebrates 37^th Year

06 September 2017 AGANA, GUAM — The University of the Philippines Alumni-Guam (UPAG) celebrated its 37^th founding anniversary with the theme “Looking Back and Moving Forward” and had its formal induction of officers and board of directors on August 27 at Westin Resort Guam.
