PHL Ambassador Attends CEO Clubs Monthly Members Meeting and a Tribute to Filipino Community Leader in Abu Dhabi

 Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. attended at a Tribute and Farewell to Dr. Eldino Alberto V. Caballes, Vice Chairman 2016-2018 of the Bayanihan Council Executive Committee (ExeCom) and Executive Secretary of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines (IIEE) – Abu Dhabi Chapter, on 08 September 2017 at the Ship Fusion Restaurant, Tryp Hotel, Abu Dhabi. On the photo, Ambassador Vingno, Jr., together with Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, presented a Plaque of Appreciation to Dr. Eldino Alberto V. Caballes together with Third Secretaries and Vice Consuls Von Ryan Pangwi and Anna Marie Mae Guerra, Labor Attaché Ophelia Almenario, Assistant Labor Attaché Jay Jasper Javines, Cultural Officer Delza Bayabao, Bayanihan Council Immediate Past Chairman Engr. Antonio Morales, Bayanihan ExeCom member Gay Marie Jumuad, and former IIEE–UAE Chapter Presidents Engrs. Rex Bernal, Epifanio Raquinio Jr., and Ricardo Napeñas.  Also in attendance were Bayanihan ExeCom officers and members led by Chairman Engr. Jeffrey Uy and other officers and members of the IIEE – Abu Dhabi Chapter.

Vingno, Jr. attended the CEO Club’s Monthly Members Meeting entitled “Managing a challenging business environment – Financing & Outlook” on September 06 at Al Yasat Ballroom, Roda Al Murooj Hotel, Dubai. The group discussed economic challenges that the Gulf Cooperation Council states and the Middle East region are facing, and how the governments and private companies can prepare, manage and weather the economic turmoil.
