Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno Spouse of the Philippine Ambassador to United Arab Emirates and Chairwoman of the (ALC) ASEAN Ladies Circle-Abu attends the Executive Committee Meeting on 07 Sept 2017 for the upcoming celebration of ASEAN50. The meeting is hosted by the Royal Thai Ambassador Komate Kamalanavin at Royal Thai Embassy, Abu Dhabi.
