PHL Embassy in Athens Conducts Consular Outreach and Overseas Voting Registration in Cyprus

22 September 2017 ATHENS - The Philippine Embassy in Athens conducted a consular outreach and overseas voting registration for the Filipino Community at Philippine Honorary Consulate in Nicosia, Cyprus on September 16 to 17.
The consular outreach team led by Second Secretary and Consul Sheila Marie C. Tario processed 268 passport renewal applications; 1 lost passport; 214 applications for overseas voting registration/certification; 13 applications for transfer of voting records; 24 applications for reactivation of overseas voting records; 18 applications for change of address of overseas voters; 3 applications for correction of wrong entry in overseas voting record; 74 renewal of Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) membership and 240 applications for updating of Pag-IBIG contributions.
The Consular Outreach was successfully conducted with the support and cooperation of Mrs. Shemaine A. Bushnell-Kyriakides, Honorary Consul of the Philippines in Cyprus, the Filipino Community in Cyprus, the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in Athens, Greece, and the Pag-IBIG Representative Office in Athens, Greece.
