PHL Ambassador Keynotes 4^th IECEP GCC Summit in Dubai, 15^th Year Anniversary and Induction Ceremony of PICPA in Abu Dhabi

Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. delivered his keynote message during the 4^th GCC Summit of Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) Chapters on 15 September 2017 at Dusit Thani Dubai.

Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. and Spouse Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Chairwoman of the Philippine Ladies Circle-Abu Dhabi, were joined by officers and members of IECEP Chapters in GCC, The Summit was organized by IECEP-UAE Chapter headed by Engr. Annaliza Binondo President and Chairman of the Board.

Vingno, Jr. delivered his message at the 15^th Year Anniversary and Induction Ceremony of Officers of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Abu Dhabi Chapter on 22 September 2017 at Sheraton Hotel and Resort, Abu Dhabi.

Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno Jr. and Spouse Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, together with Third Secretaries and Vice Consuls Rowena Pangilinan Daquipil and Anna Marie Guerra, were joined by officers and members of PICPA Abu Dhabi Chapter headed by Silveriano Prieto Jr., President, and Maria Sharina Banta De Dios, Executive Vice President.
