PHL Embassy in Ottawa Completes Audit Inspection

The Commission on Audit (COA) sent a team to conduct the bi-annual audit of the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa. The team was led by Ms. Maria Carmina Paulita Pagayawan with Ms. Avenida Torres as member. Assistant Commissioner Manolo Sy joined the audit team half-way through their 2-week audit to exercise oversight functions.
