PHL Ambassador in UAE Receives Donation for Distressed OFWs from the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines and the United Filipino Darts Club Abu Dhabi

Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno Jr. and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Spouse of the Philippine Ambassador and Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle-Abu Dhabi, received 60 pieces of luggage as donation from Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) Abu Dhabi Chapter on 23 September 2017 at the Philippine Embassy, Abu Dhabi. Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno Jr. and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno were joined by Vice Consul Anna Marie Guerra, officers and members of IECEP Abu Chapter headed by Engr. Analiza Binondo, President and Engr. Ronald Esguerra, Vice President.

Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno Jr. and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno Officer were joined by Vice Consul Anna Marie Guerra and Joebert Esguerra Protocol Officer the Officers and members of the Filipino Darts Association in Abu Dhabi, Former President and Consultan Ding Ualdo Abduo, Hardy Colar Business Manager, Diego Sapitula Tournament Director,Clint Kilat Auditor and Russell Pena.
