PHL Embassy in Islamabad Participates in the World Tourism Conference 2017 in Pakistan

04 October 2017 ISLAMABAD - The Philippine Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan participated in the World Tourism Conference 2017 held at the Islamabad Serena Hotel on September 28.

Ambassador Daniel Ramos Espiritu, as one of the invited guest speakers, gave an introduction on Philippine tourism and an audio-visual presentation featuring the top Philippine tourist destinations.

Organized by the Chief Minister Youth Mobilization Committee of Punjab, the World Tourism Conference 2017 was a great opportunity for the Philippine Embassy and other diplomatic missions in Pakistan to promote their country’s tourism industry.

The event was attended by representatives from the academe and business sectors, select members of the diplomatic corps and government officials. END
