10 October 2017 AGANA – MEGAMIXX 101.9 “Puso ng Pinoy” FM, the first Filipino format station in Guam, gave a cheque donation to help and assist the displaced people of Marawi City.
Megamixx deejays Gary “DJ Cure” Encarnacion and Eduardo “DJ Doods” Tuason called on Philippine Consul General to Guam Marciano R. de Borja and presented the cheque which represents proceeds from Megamixx’s fund-raising activities.
Consul General de Borja thanked Megamixx for its initiative and generosity, and assured them that the Philippine Consul General will assist in transmitting the cheque to the Armed Forces of the Philippines through the Department of Foreign Affairs. END
