18 October 2017 MILAN - A total of 152 consular services were rendered during the consular outreach conducted by the Philippine Consulate General in Milan to the Filipino community in Treviso in the Veneto Region on October 08.

Every year, Milan PCG travels to cities all over Northern Italy to render consular outreach even in smaller cities with big Filipino communities. Milan PCG makes an effort to conduct consular outreach services not only to render much needed public service but also to remain in touch with all the communities within the Post’s jurisdiction.

The Consular team was led by Consul General Marichu Mauro and included a full complement presence of all the attached agencies namely POLO, OWWA, SSS and Pag-Ibig.

“Visiting the various communities under PCG Milan’s jurisdiction allows us to have a clearer picture of the needs of the community therefore allowing us to further improve our services,” Consul General Mauro said. She reiterated that it is very important to touch base with all Filipinos under Post’s jurisdiction in order to know their concerns first-hand. END
