PHL Delegates of the APCSS Advance Security Cooperation Course Visit the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu

Five Philippine participants to the Daniel K. Inouye- Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS) Advance Security Cooperation Course (ASC -17-2), led by Assistant Secretary Jonas George Soriano from the Office of the President (OP), made a visit to the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu on October 12. Acting Head of Post, Consul Roberto T. Bernardo welcomed the participants. The group was accompanied by the AFP Liaison Officer to USPACOM Capt. Rey T.
