Tram Features Filipino Signature Dishes

25 October 2017 BRUSSELS – From September 01 to October 31, Tram Experience features Belgian-Filipino chef and outstanding sommelier, Mr. Glen Ramaekers. His menu highlights Filipino signature dishes like adobo, kilawin, and bistek with rice in banana leaf. Mr. Ramaekers is co-owner of Humphrey Restaurant, located in the heart of Brussels, which offers a selection of classic dishes inspired by the rich culture and flavors of the Philippines.

Brussels’ Tram Experience is a unique journey into the world of gastronomy. Aboard, diners will be served a six- or seven-course meal put together by top Belgian chefs, while they tour around Brussels by night for two hours. END
