PHL Ambassador Keynotes Graduation Rites of Ateneo De Manila Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship Program in Abu Dhabi

30 October 2017 ABU DHABI – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. delivered his keynote message to the graduates on the Graduation Rites of Ateneo de Manila University’s, Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship Program Batch 49 on October 21 at Al Wahda Complex, Abu Dhabi.

Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno Jr. and Madam Yoko Ramos-Vingno, were joined by Third Secretary and Vice Consul Rowena Pangilinan Daquipil, Atty. Ophelia Almenario, Labor Attache; Marian Celeste S. Carella, Chair of Philippine Business Council-Dubai and Northern Emirates; Dr. Fernando T. Aldaba, Dean, School of Social Sciences and Faculty, School of Government, Ateneo de Manila University together with the graduates of Ateneo Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship Program LSE Batch 49 in Abu Dhabi.
