Philippines Joins Russia’s Customs Service Exhibition for the First Time

30 October 2017 MOSCOW — The Philippine delegation made its inaugural participation in Russia’s Customs Service Exhibition, organized by the Federal Customs Service of Russia. The exhibition was held at the Expocenter Fairgrounds in Moscow from October 25 to 26. More than 20 foreign delegations participated in the yearly exhibition, which was highlighted this year by the presence of World Customs Organization Secretary General Kunio Mikuriya. Commissioner Lapeña attended the event together with BOC Deputy Commissioner, Internal Administration Group Ms. Gladys F. Rosales, Director for Administration Atty. Jacquelyn de Guzman, and Third Secretary and Vice Consul Catherine F. Alpay of the Philippine Embassy in Moscow. END
