Joseph Archog, PAF, incoming AFPLO to USPACOM. Five Philippine participants to the Daniel K. Inouye- Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS) Advance Security Cooperation Course (ASC-17-2), graduated on October 25. The ASC-17-2 course is designed to inform mid-career and senior security practitioners from across the Asia-Pacific Region about the diversity and complexity of the region particularly about issues and opportunities for advanced security cooperation.
