PHL Embassy Successfully Conducts Consular and Overseas Voting Outreach Missions in Dhahran
03 November 2017 RIYADH – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 23rd and 24th consular outreach missions or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran last October 23 to 26 and 27 to 28 respectively. During the six (6) days, the team processed a total of 1,256 passport renewal applications, 70 extension of passport validity, 15 travel document, 30 report of birth, 555 notarial services and 5 authentications. The team was also able to release 1,868 new e-Passports.
The Overseas Voting Registration Outreach was conducted in parallel with the Embassy-On-Wheels Consular Outreach.
The OV Team was able to register 358 new Overseas Voters, 690 for the Certifications, 6 for Transfer of Registration Record, 4 Transfer of Records from Another Foreign Service Post, 1 Transfer within the Same Jurisdiction, 33 for Reactivation, and 2 Corrections of Records.
