PHL Ambassador Attends Korean Festival 2017 in Abu Dhabi

07 November 2017 ABU DHABI – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno Jr. and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, attends the Korean Festival 2017 organized by Embassy of Republic of Korea. The couple is joined by Korean Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Park Kangho and his Spouse Cha Kyeong-eun, last October 25 at Majilis, National Theatre in Abu Dhabi.
