08 November 2017 AGANA — A delegation from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) led by LTC Geraldo M. Jabonalla, with members MAJ Federico A. Gulle; CPT Jacqueline O. Jimenez; LT. Dan Evert Lloyd G. Gobaton; MSg. Ricardo B. Calapini; SN2 Angelyn B. Berdin, called on Consul General Marciano R. de Borja, at the Philippine Consulate General in Guam on November 03. The group was accompanied during the call by Maj. Melvin B. Pilarca, State Partnership Program Coordinator of the Guam National Guard (GUNG).
The delegation will participate in the conduct of a Reserve Component Development Subject Matter Expert Exchange in Guam on November 03 to 06. END
