24 November 2017 AGANA — A delegation from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) led by Brigadier General Ernesto Milo, Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, Philippine Air Force, with officers and 22 cadets of the AFP Reservist and Retiree Affairs, called on Consul General Marciano R. de Borja, at the Philippine Consulate General in Guam on November 14. The group was accompanied during the call by Maj. Melvin B. Pilarca, State Partnership Program Coordinator of the Guam National Guard (GUNG).
The delegation is participating in the conduct of a Reserve Component Development Subject Matter Expert Exchange in Guam, November 13 to 17. END
