PHL Consulate General in Milan Celebrates 3rd Anniversary of OFW Watch Italy

29 November 2017 MILAN — The Philippine Consulate General of Milan extended its heartfelt gratitude and congratulations on the occasion of the 3rd Year Anniversary of Overseas Filipino Workers Watch Italy at Bologna, Italy on November 24 to 25.

Consul General Marichu Mauro, represented by Philippine Overseas Labor Office Labor Attaché Maria Corina P. Buñag, expressed her deep gratitude for the active involvement of OFW Watch in the various projects and programs of PCG Milan and POLO-OWWA Milan. “OFW Watch’s involvement has been instrumental in the success of Filipinos in Italy and elsewhere around the world,” the Consul General said in her letter.

OFW Watch, represented by its President Rodherick Ople, is one of the largest Filipino Community organizations in Italy and brings together various organizations from Milan, Genova, Modena, Trieste, Bologna, Napoli, Rome, Florence, and other areas in the region. END
