Visit of Quezon City Barangay Council Officials to Singapore

PHL Ambassador Antonio Morales, and officers from the Philippine Embassy in Singapore welcomed 85 Barangay Officials from Quezon City on November 20. The Barangay officials were the ninth, and last batch of officials from Quezon City who are taking part in a training program, run in coordination with the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), and the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), on issues of good governance as well as urban development management in various Singaporean institutions.
