PHL Consulate General in Dubai Leads Christmas Lighting Ceremony at Rizal Hall

08 December 2017 DUBAI – Philippine Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes and Dr. Yasmin Cortes led the Christmas Lighting Ceremony at the Philippine Consulate General's Rizal Hall on November 24 to officially welcome the Consulate's celebration of the Holidays for the Filipino Community.

The Consulate is organizing and spearheading several events for the Christmas and Holiday season. END
