PHL Embassy Outreach Extends 567 Consular Services in Hail

19 December 2017 RIYADH – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 29th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Hail on December 08 to 09.   

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Hail.

The Team was able to process 263 e-Passport applications, 8 Extension of Passport Validity, 7 Report of Birth, 1 Report of Marriage, 4 Travel Document, and 71 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 213 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 263 clients. END
