Ambassador Pangilinan Swears in New Philippine Honorary Consul in Serbia

28 December 2017 BUDAPEST – Ambassador Maria Fe T. Pangilian administered the oath of office to Ms. Dragijana Radonjic Petrovic, the newly-designated Philippine Honorary Consul in Serbia. The ceremony was held in the Philippine Embassy in Budapest on December 15. Ms. Petrovic was appointed by DFA Secretary Alan Peter S. Cayetano on July 01. Prior to the oath-taking ceremony, Ms. Petrovic was briefed by Embassy officials on the various functions of her office, particularly on consular services. There are approximately 76 Filipinos living and working in Serbia. Ms. Petrovic took on the challenge to strengthen bilateral relations between the Philippines and Serbia through trade, cultural, and tourism promotion. END
