04 January 2017 WARSAW — To accelerate the momentum of its aggressive Philippine tourism promotion campaign, the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw participated in Warsaw’s biggest travel fair called TT Warsaw which attracted at least 1,400 visitors to the Philippine booth.
Due to the steadily increasing interest by Poles to visit the Philippines, Emirates Airlines has opened flights from Warsaw to Cebu via Dubai, aside from its flights to Manila and Clark Air Base in Pampanga.
The Embassy also did VuQo vodka and Philippine dried mango tasting sessions. Ms. Sylwia Lisowska and two Polish student volunteers - namely Ms. Marta Tomaszkiewicz and Mr. Michal Supieta - assisted the embassy staff during the TT Warsaw by explaining the contents of the Polish version of “It’s More Fun in the Philippines” brochure and other tourism pamphlets which featured Cebu, Davao, Bohol, Cordilleras, Palawan, Metro Manila and other tourist attractions in the country. Throughout the event, appl.de.app’s Philippine tourism video was played alternatively with “it’s More Fun in the Philippines” video. END
