First Filipino American in Southern California Claims Her New Philippine Passport with 10-Year Validity

24 January 2018 LOS ANGELES – The Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles released to Ms. Renevee Geneclair Romero-Villegas her 10-year valid Philippine ePassport.
Mr. Romero-Villegas, a 22-year old Filipino American from Ingelwood, California, is the first in Southern California to claim her 10-year valid Philippine ePassport at the Consulate. She expressed appreciation for being able to receive her passport early as she has a scheduled travel in three weeks.
The Consulate General in Los Angeles serves the largest Filipino community in the United States and exercises jurisdiction currently in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas with approximately 1,225,020 million Filipinos.
The Consulate General will soon send the first batch of 10-year valid Philippine ePassports to those who opted to receive their passports via mail. END
