PHL Ambassador and Spouse Grace Beauty Care Training of Wards at POLO-OWWA Center

25 January 2018 – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno, Jr., and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle graced the end-of-training ceremony and graduation of the Beauty Care Skills Training of wards on 18 January at the POLO-OWWA Center. 

POLO-OWWA organizes various trainings for the wards as part of the Embassy’s Skills Training and Reintegration Program. The program aims to help returning Filipino workers develop skills to enable them to find employment or livelihood opportunities back in the Philippines. The training was conducted by National Certificate II (NCII) graduates of TESDA. END
