PHL Consulate General in San Francisco Launches Passport Status Notification System
02 February 2018 SAN FRANCISCO — The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco is pleased to report that it has established a new passport status notification system where clients will receive an automatic email from the Consulate General as soon as their passports arrives at Post. This new system is in line with Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano’s directive of providing not only efficient but comfortable service to overseas Filipinos.
Applicants simply need to indicate on their passport application form a current email address where they may be reached. As soon as their passports arrive at Post, an automatic message is sent to the applicants informing them that their passports are ready for pick up.
Applicants whose passports are ready for mailing may track their passports by using the tracking number of their preferred courier service.
