PHL Consulate General in San Francisco Holds First Consular Outreach in Washington State
14 February 2018 SAN FRANCISCO — The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco conducted a consular mission on 03 - 04 February at the Filipino Community Center in Seattle, Washington.
