Filipino Filmmaker Zig Dulay Wins Prestigious Award at the 24th International Festival of Asian Cinemas in France
19 February 2018 PARIS – Filipino filmmaker Zig Dulay brought home from France the Golden Cyclo award for his film “Bagahe,” given by of 24th International Festival of Asian Cinemas (FICA), held from 30 January to 6 February at Vesoul, a town situated in the southeastern part of the country. FICA confirms that it is one of the oldest and most important Asian film festivals in Europe, and is ranked as one of the top 10 film events in France. Nine out of 90 films were selected by more than 30,000 spectators for the main competition.
